Ceres Organics Quinoa-Rice Blend is easy to prepare and can be served with a variety of foods in addition to being eaten on its own.

TO COOK: Soak grains in cold water for 30min before cooking. Drain and add one and half cups of water for every cup of grain. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 20mins, or until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is done. It will have a slightly chewy texture.
